Load Relay brings delivery tracking, paperwork, and receiver sign-off into one driver workspace for independent drivers, carriers, and delivery businesses.
One load, every stop
Open your assigned delivery invitation, review the sender and route, and choose whether to share your location. One driver link and tracking session cover all drops on that load. Each drop keeps its own documents, receiver signature, and proof-of-delivery packet.
Drivers do not need an employee account or company password. An invitation grants access only to its assigned delivery. The company name and logo inside that delivery identify the business coordinating the load.
Choose when to share
Opening an invitation does not start tracking. Sharing begins when you tap Start tracking and allow location access. You can pause it at any time. Completing an intermediate drop keeps your tracking setting; completing the final drop ends sharing.
Open your delivery
Company owners can create an account, verify their email, and set up their delivery workspace. Drivers receive a private invitation for each load and do not need an account. Dispatchers can text invitations from their own messaging app or copy them to share. Automatic company texting depends on the company’s messaging configuration.
The iPhone app is being prepared for the App Store. If you have the TestFlight app, choose Open in app from your delivery link. Browser delivery links remain available.
